Ruby for Ruby

A first attempt at setting a stone. Since it was my first, I tried to buy a stone with a regular shape to make the shaping of the bezel easier. The ruby is 13.9 X 12 X 8.3, and is from nineteen48.com, who specialise in responsibly-sourced, fully traceable 'ethical' gemstones from a limited number of countries. Ruby, of course, has red hair, but is only 4, so the ring is worn by her grandmother
